Lights Down, Community Up: Our First Community Cinema

One of our most heart-warming moments to date was the launch of our community cinema sessions — a simple idea with a big impact.

On a winter evening, families, children and neighbours gathered in the hall, many for the first time in years. Blankets were spread, snacks were shared, and the room filled with laughter and excitement as the projector flickered to life. For some children, it was their very first cinema experience.

What made the night special wasn’t just the film — it was the atmosphere.
